Location
Ravda is a small resort at the shore of the Black Sea, it is only 3 km from Nesebar, 5 km from Sunny Beach and 25 km from the international airport of Burgas. This location presupposes good weather and the quietness and tranquility typical for the small village, while its proximity to the biggest and most attractive summer resorts provides the opportunity for unforgettable moments. Ravda has ecologically clean air and water, since it is away from big cities and industrial areas. The average air temperature in the summer in Ravda is 22 Ñ/71F, and the sea water temperature is 20 – 26 Ñ. In the summer a great number of tourists, guests and visitors choose the resort, and they are becoming more and more each year.
Nevertheless Ravda still keeps its charm and attraction of a quiet and romantic place for repose.
Ravda has a life-guarded beach with magnificent golden sand, water slide and numerous bars and restaurants offering refreshments near the shore.
The one and only administrative building could be found in the centre of the village of Ravda. It is a two-storey, modern building, where the Mayor’s Office, the Police Station, the Post Office, the Bank Office and the Medical Centre with a doctor’s and a dentist’s consulting rooms, are housed.
There are several big and many family hotels, plenty of small restaurants, taverns, bistros, pubs, cafes and cocktail-bars; the time spent in the open air in some of the numerous bars, cafes or discos is an unforgettable experience for everyone.
Regular bus routes serve the guests, connecting Ravda with the other resorts - every 30 minutes to the city of Burgas and every 20 minutes to the resort complex Sunny Beach.

Nesebar
One of the most ancient towns in Europe, famous for its monuments from the Antiquity, and its splendid architecture from the Middle Ages and from the National Revival Period. The town is situated on a small rocky peninsula at the northern end of the Burgas Bay.
Since 1956 Nesebar is declared an archeological and architectural reserve. In 1983 the Nesebar monuments of culture were inscribed in the list of World Heritage Sites under the aegis of UNESCO.
The old Nesebar has an area of 25 hectares and is connected to the new part by a narrow isthmus, which is 300 metres long. The beach strip of the new part of the town is of about 4 km.

Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach is situated 42 km to the north of Burgas and 434 km to the east of Sofia. Actually the resort occupies the territory between the resort village Vlas to the north and Nesebar to the south.
It was built as a resort in 1958. Now it has about 120 hotels, 2 camping-sites and many places of entertainment. The following events take place here: the international pop festival “Golden Orpheus”, days of symphonic music, part of the international folklore festival, fashion shows, various beach contests.
Different excursions in the country and abroad are organized for the tourists. The list of entertainments, offered by the Black Sea resort, is long: surfing, water skiing, yachting, tennis-clubs, horse ridding, bowling, open-air and indoor swimming-pools, mini golf, the international festival
Golden Orpheus.
There is also a polyclinic and several big stores for foodstuffs, clothes and souvenirs, as well as an amphitheatre, seated for 1000.
The air temperature in the summer season is about 30°C, and the sea water temperature is 25°C. The beach strip of the complex is 8 km long.
